"Journey to the Origins" Stay – Exploring the Geopark

Three days at the ends of the earth to discover half of Earth's history!
The Hague Geopark is a kind of Normandy's Finistère, where the earth ends… and yet its coastline takes us back to the origins of our planet and reveals more than 2 billion years of its history…

Arnaud Guérin, a geologist and photographer from Normandy, invites you to discover the oldest rocks in France, ancient volcanoes, three mountain ranges, the history of glaciations and climates… All this in the best season, when the moors are crimson and the light is unreal…

A journey on foot, to take the time to go back millions of years. Three days rich in exchanges and encounters, notably with Yoann, head of the SNSM at the Goury station, bordered by the "Raz Blanchard", one of the most powerful sea currents in Europe.

Your accommodation: Hotel Le Cap, in Auderville.
This stay is offered in collaboration with the municipality of La Hague.

Included:
Three days of guidance from Arnaud Guérin, geologist and professional photographer.
Two nights' accommodation at the Hôtel Le Cap in Auderville.
All meals (local picnic lunches on days 1, 2, and 3) and dinners at restaurants (days 1 and 2).
